Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.

- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and liaise with suppliers to ensure cost-effective operations.

- Collaborate with the wider hospitality team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-end hospitality setting.

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
