Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Manage and train a team of bar staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Develop innovative cocktail menus and beverage offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and liaise with suppliers to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and exceptional customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the wider hospitality team to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of mixology, wine, and beverage trends.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Financial acumen for budgeting, stock control, and revenue management.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., food hygiene, alcohol licensing) are desirable.
