Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Bar and Lounge Assistant to join our vibrant team at a prestigious luxury hotel and spa. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience in a renowned hospitality setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks, to high standards.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the bar and lounge areas.
- Assist with stock management, including restocking and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Support the bar team in delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
