We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team at this very busy golf resort If you are passionate about great service, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have a strong background in bar and floor operations, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee daily floor and bar operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent customer experiences.

•Support the General Manager in staff training, scheduling, and day-to-day management.

•Lead from the front, providing hands-on coverage on the floor and behind the bar during peak times.

•Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.

•Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
