About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join one of Oxford's distinguished college bars. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a prestigious academic setting while developing your hospitality management career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Bar Manager in daily operations and service delivery
- Assist in staff supervision, training, and scheduling
