Role Overview
We're hiring a proactive, detailâdriven, growthâmindset marketer to support Jugo's commercial expansion. Working directly with the Head of Growth & Acquisition, you'll execute our SaaS goâtoâmarket strategy across the full customer lifecycle â from lead generation and nurture to onboarding and retention â leveraging HubSpot as the core toolkit.
What You'll Do
- HubSpot Operations & Lifecycle Execution: Build, launch, and optimise HubSpot workflows, email sequences, and lead nurture journeys; maintain CRM data quality; support lifecycle communications from trial onboarding through conversion and customer education; assist with behavioural triggers, lead scoring, and journey segmentation.
- User Engagement & Nurture: Deliver product updates, content drops, and onboarding touchpoints across our user base; collaborate with Brand & Content on automated CRM programmes; monitor open rates, CTRs, and behaviour trends to improve engagement and activation.
- Funnel Management & Acquisition Ops: Ensure paid traffic and lead gen campaigns flow correctly into HubSpot and downstream workflows; QA forms, signâup flows, and trial funnels; collaborate with Sales and Product to optimise inbound lead handling and user journeys.
- Digital Experience Maintenance: Own essential operational tasks that keep the growth engine running; upload and update CRM assets, maintain internal workflow documentation, flag gaps or blockers; support site updates and digital touchpoint consistency.
- Analytics & Reporting: Pull and format performance reports from HubSpot, GA4, and campaign tools; track lifecycle email results, activation trends, and trial conversion metrics; surface insights from user behaviour to inform future campaigns and growth tactics.
You'll Thrive if You...
- Have 1â3 years' experience in digital marketing, CRM, or growth roles (ideally in B2B SaaS or a fastâpaced agency).
- Are comfortable working in HubSpot or similar platforms to build effective journeys.
- Have strong organisational instincts and can keep projects on track.
- Communicate clearly and proactively across teams.
- Bring curiosity, commercial awareness, and a sense of ownership.
- Have experience supporting SaaS onboarding or productâled growth.
- Are comfortable analysing funnel performance and turning insights into optimisation experiments.
- Enjoy testing ideas quickly and using data to guide next steps.
