The Role: We’re looking for a strategic, hungry, and high-impact individual contributor to own and grow Jugo’s most important customer relationships within Jugo Studio, while selectively winning new strategic accounts that genuinely matter. This isn’t a passive account management role, and it isn’t a volume sales position. We want a builder, not a caretaker. Someone with deep experience in SaaS and complex B2B environments who is still motivated to push further, move faster, and take direct ownership of outcomes.
You will be accountable for the commercial health, growth, and long-term value of our largest Jugo Studio customers, acting as their senior commercial point of contact. This role sits at the sharp end of the business. You’ll shape account strategy, lead high-stakes commercial conversations, and play a critical role in how Jugo works with its most valuable customers. You won’t manage a team, and you won’t be buried in process. You’ll be trusted to operate independently, handle complexity, and represent Jugo credibly and confidently in senior customer engagements.
Strategic Account Ownership & Revenue Growth
- Own a defined set of Jugo’s most important Jugo Studio customer accounts, with full responsibility for revenue, retention, and expansion.
- Develop and execute account strategies that align customer objectives with Jugo Studio capabilities and commercial outcomes.
- Act as the senior commercial point of contact for each account, leading executive-level conversations and long-term planning.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities through increased usage, broader deployment, or new commercial scope.
- Maintain a disciplined view of forecast, pipeline, and account health across your portfolio.
- Achieve the annual revenue/sales goal for the defined territory.
New Strategic Account Acquisition
- Proactively identify and pursue new strategic Jugo Studio customers that meet clear commercial and strategic criteria.
- Lead complex, high-value sales cycles from first engagement through to close, including pricing, commercial structure, and negotiation.
- Balance hunting with depth, prioritising quality of revenue and long-term value over short-term wins.
- Work closely with internal teams to shape proposals that are both compelling for customers and sustainable for Jugo.
Customer Engagement & Delivery Alignment
- Partner closely with Product, Delivery, and Customer teams to ensure commitments are clear, realistic, and well executed.
- Ensure customers are onboarded smoothly, see value quickly, and continue to realise outcomes over time.
- Anticipate and manage commercial or relationship risk within accounts before issues escalate.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, without overcommitting or distorting priorities.
- Maintain clear visibility of revenue, renewal timelines, expansion opportunities, and risk across your accounts.
- Use data and customer insight to prioritise effort and focus on what materially moves revenue and retention.
- Contribute feedback on pricing, packaging, and positioning based on real customer conversations.
- Bring structure and judgement to complex, non-standard deals.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have significant experience owning and growing large, complex B2B customer accounts in SaaS or platform businesses, or within the digital events space.
- Are comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor, accountable for outcomes rather than managing teams.
- Have closed high-value, multi-year deals and managed long sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
- Understand how to balance customer advocacy with commercial reality.
- Are commercially sharp, confident in negotiation, and clear-eyed about margin and risk.
- Prefer depth over volume and are selective about where you invest time and effort.
- Can operate independently, with sound judgement and minimal hand-holding.
- Enjoy being trusted with the most important customers and the most complex conversations.
What Success Looks Like
- Jugo’s SaaS and managed service (Jugo Studio) revenue is growing consistently month over month & the revenue/sales goal is being consistently achieved.
- Sales, marketing, product, and customer success operate in a unified, performance-driven rhythm.
- High NRR and account growth is being driven by strategic expansion and strong success execution.
- The GTM machine is active, adaptive, and scalable - across at least 3 major verticals/markets.
- Inside our largest customers, Jugo is seen as the performance layer, as well as an event platform, not just another meeting tool.
- You’re viewed as the architect of breakout growth, internally and externally.
What We Offer
- £70k - £110K salary + up to £90k variable + potential equity.
- Leadership voice in one of the UK’s most exciting SaaS scale-ups.
- Hybrid working with access to our central Bristol HQ.
- 25 days holiday + public holidays.
- Wellness, learning, and performance perks.
- A brand, product, and mission that genuinely breaks new ground.
Why This Role Matters
Jugo exists to reimagine digital communication - to turn every virtual interaction into a powerful, persuasive, brand-building moment.
