Our Vision is to become the world's confidence platform for digital communication, helping people and brands show up at their best and drive results every time.

The Role

As Jugo enters its next phase of SaaS growth, we are looking for an exceptional Head of Revenue Operations to build and optimise the commercial engine that powers the business. This is not an administrative RevOps role. We are looking for a commercially minded SaaS operator who understands how high-growth technology companies build predictable revenue, scale efficiently and create alignment across sales, marketing, customer success and leadership. You will become the operational backbone of the go-to-market organisation, helping transform Jugo from a founder-led sales business into a scalable, data-driven SaaS company. You will work directly with the leadership team to build the infrastructure, reporting, systems, processes and intelligence required to support rapid growth.

Why This Role Matters

Today, like many early-stage SaaS businesses, much of Jugo's growth has been driven through relationships, referrals and founder-led sales activity. As we scale, we need someone who can build the systems, visibility and operational discipline that enable predictable growth without slowing the business down with unnecessary bureaucracy. This person will help answer critical questions such as:

  • Where is pipeline really coming from?
  • Which channels are performing best?
  • Which verticals are converting most effectively?
  • What activities create the highest ROI?
  • How do we reduce sales cycle length?
  • How do we improve retention and expansion?
  • How do we build a repeatable SaaS revenue engine?

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end revenue operations across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
  • Build a single source of truth for pipeline, forecasting and commercial reporting
  • Create dashboards and reporting that provide real-time visibility into business performance
  • Establish forecasting processes and pipeline governance
  • Track and improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey
  • Build revenue models to support strategic decision making

GTM Systems & Infrastructure

  • Own and optimise the commercial technology stack
  • Manage CRM strategy and adoption
  • Improve lead routing, attribution and reporting
  • Evaluate and implement tools across: CRM, outbound sales, proposal management, marketing automation, AI productivity
  • Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy

Sales Productivity & Efficiency

  • Work closely with the sales team to improve productivity and effectiveness
  • Build repeatable sales processes and playbooks
  • Improve pipeline generation and conversion performance
  • Analyse win/loss trends and sales cycle performance
  • Identify friction points within the buying journey
  • Support account planning and expansion strategies

Customer Success & Revenue Retention

  • Help define customer success metrics and reporting
  • Track onboarding, adoption and retention
  • Support expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Create visibility into Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Identify churn risks early

Partner with leadership on:

  • pricing and packaging
  • territory planning

You will be expected to bring recommendations, not simply reports.

  • Are highly analytical but commercially minded
  • Enjoy solving problems and creating structure
