The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Growth Marketing to take full strategic and operational ownership of Jugo's growth function.

Reporting to the CMO, you will shape and execute a comprehensive, full-funnel growth strategy spanning acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue expansion. This role combines data driven experimentation with strong commercial thinking, and it’s pivotal in scaling Jugo’s customer base and revenue engine.

You will build the growth roadmap, lead high-impact marketing campaigns, develop and optimise the growth stack, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. Over time, you'll build and lead a growth team to accelerate performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Leadership

  • Own and evolve the company-wide growth strategy across all stages of the funnel.
  • Define ICPs, segmentation, and strategic positioning in collaboration with Product and Sales.
  • Build and manage the growth roadmap, tied to company OKRs and revenue goals.
  • Lead agile marketing sprints, growth experiments, and test-and-learn loops.

Acquisition, Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Design and execute scalable campaigns across paid, organic, ABM, social, SEO, and content.
  • Identify, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels based on data and insights.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure alignment of messaging and offers.

Sales Funnel & CRM Optimisation

  • Build and optimise inbound and outbound funnels to generate, qualify, and convert leads.
  • Oversee CRM systems (Salesforce), including automation, scoring, and reporting.
  • Enhance lead routing, attribution models, and conversion handoffs with Sales.

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

  • Own end-to-end user journey mapping to reduce friction and increase conversion.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing across key touchpoints (landing pages, emails, forms).
  • Generate insights from data, user behaviour, and market trends to inform hypotheses.

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Design email workflows, onboarding sequences, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Drive product-led growth initiatives in collaboration with Product (e.g. in-app comms).
  • Increase LTV via upsell/cross-sell, usage nudges, and churn prevention programs.

Data, Reporting & Forecasting

  • Develop dashboards to track KPIs, growth metrics, ROI, and campaign performance.
  • Model CAC, LTV, payback period, and revenue contribution.
  • Present growth forecasts and strategic insights to leadership and the board.

Team Leadership & Agency Management

  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team, including internal hires and freelancers.
  • Manage agency partners across digital, creative, performance, and media buying.
  • Establish clear goals, accountability, and performance metrics.

Success Metrics:

  • MQL generation and demo bookings
  • CAC, CPL, CPA performance
  • Conversion rates (MQL to SQL, demo to deal, page conversions)
  • CRM implementation efficiency and lead quality
  • Retention, churn, upsell/cross-sell rates
  • Revenue contribution and pipeline growth
  • Campaign ROI and forecast accuracy

About You:

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 5+ years of growth, performance, or demand gen experience in B2B SaaS/startups
  • Have led or built full-funnel growth programs, with deep experience across multiple channels
  • Are highly strategic and analytical, with a commercial mindset and strong storytelling skills
  • Have hands-on expertise in Salesforce, plus tools like Segment, Mixpanel, Amplitude or Pardot
  • Experience building and leading teams, as well as managing agencies with measurable outcomes
  • Thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments with a bias for experimentation and iteration
  • Are comfortable presenting growth plans and results to C-suite or board-level stakeholders
