Judopay is a new-age payments platform. We build and design the technology that enables payments for brands like KFC, Hiscox, Foxtons and AutoCab.

You’ll be joining the company at a pivotal time in our growth as we expand our payment offering over the next 12 months. Focusing on reducing complexity across the entire payment chain, you’ll help some of the UK’s leading brands launch new payment products, reduce fraud and identify innovative ways for them to tackle business challenges through their in-app, online and face-to-face payments.

As a Senior Account Manager at Judopay, you will work closely with a portfolio of Judopay’s top customers, understanding their payment flows and supporting them through ongoing collection and analysis of data and feedback, turning this into upselling and retention strategies as well as feedback into the product road map.

You will be involved in all aspects of support, account management, demonstrating the product, educating customers through a methodology of putting their success at the core of what you do and growing the existing revenue stream for Judopay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Being the main point of contact between Judopay and a number of named key accounts
  • Grow transaction volumes of your portfolio of customers through recognising business opportunities and ensuring Judopay is their primary payment provider.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide feedback to the business.
  • Problem-solving existing merchant issues on a daily basis
  • Collaborate closely with sales to support renewals and expansion of opportunities
  • Gauge customers’ levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements
  • Provide insights to customers through data and analytics to ensure that they get the most out of the Judopay platform, with the aim of helping grow our customer base.
  • Collaborate internally with marketing, product and operations to ensure that we maximise the success of each customer..
  • Support the Head of Commercial with strategic projects and the overall account management strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Strategic thinker, helping us find more opportunities to commercialise
  • 5+ years of experience in an account management role and in Payments industry
  • Experience working with merchants in Taxis, Hotels, Food and Beverage
  • Love for all things mobile
  • Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
  • True passion for building and growing relationships
  • Work on your own initiative
