Always Helpful Veterinary Services in Nottingham, PA, is seeking a full-time Veterinary Practicing Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and ensure a high standard of care for both clients and their pets. This position also earns competitive pay that is open for discussion.

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, in-office position with shifts that vary within the following business hours:

• Monday: 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Tuesday – Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday – Variable hours
• Saturday – Sunday: Closed

YOUR DAY

As a Veterinary Practicing Manager, you will oversee clinic operations, manage staff, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment for both clients and their pets. You will work closely with the veterinarian to implement the practice\’s vision, keep appointments on schedule, and support daily operations. Responsibilities will include managing office equipment, overseeing IT systems, and ensuring smooth functionality of AVIMARK (practice management software) and IDEXX (lab equipment). Your ability to provide compassionate service and maintain efficiency will be key to the success of the practice.

Requirements For a Veterinary Practicing Manager

• Strong veterinary medicine management skills
