About this Role
Working under the strategic direction of and in close partnership with the Executive Headteacher, the Head of School will secure high standards of education, attendance, behaviour, safeguarding, SEND provision and staff performance, ensuring that all pupils receive an exceptional primary education within an inclusive environment. The role is responsible for translating Trust and Executive strategy into consistent, high-quality practice and outcomes at school level, promoting the Anthem Values of Integrity, Collaboration and Excellence.
Job requirements include meeting the person specification and being subject to relevant pre‑employment checks, including health check, enhanced DBS and Children’s Barred List check, and satisfactory references.
