The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 € per year.
To review and input relevant data onto various databases to meet contractual requirements. To provide necessary reports as and when required to other departments of the business. To support staff as and when required in general admin duties such as photocopying and answering the telephone. Process learner starts to meet contractual deadlines. Monitor documentation to support compliance with external stakeholder requirements. Complete quality audit checks and accurately log findings. Accurate and timely data entry. To input all enrolment and sign‑up information onto the e‑portfolio system. Review and accurately input learner documentation and data into e‑portfolio system. Accurately close and store learner records securely. Maintain reliable and accurate learner records. Filing and general day‑to‑day office administration duties as directed. Ad‑hoc duties as requested from management.
About you
- Grades 9-4/A*-C in GCSE (or equivalent) English and maths.
- Business Admin Level 3.
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration/office‑based experience is essential.
- Previous audit and compliance experience is desirable.
- Good organisational skills.
- Someone who can work on own initiative or within a team.
- Ability to follow instruction.
- Must have a really good level of numeracy and communication skills.
- Must have a good understanding of IT packages.
