About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead Eden’s marketing strategy, campaigns, and brand development. This is a hands-on, strategic role responsible for driving learner and employer engagement, strengthening Eden’s market presence, and supporting regional growth. You will lead the full marketing mix - from campaign delivery and digital optimisation to content creation, PR, and stakeholder engagement. Using data-driven insights, you will ensure our campaigns are targeted, effective, and aligned with Eden’s commercial goals. You’ll also act as guardian of the Eden brand, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong, professional identity across all channels. Working closely with colleagues across Eden and SEG, you will play a key role in positioning Eden as the go-to provider for early years apprenticeships and helping us achieve long-term, sustainable growth.
About You: You’ll be an experienced marketer with a strong grasp of digital marketing, campaign delivery, and brand management - ideally within education, apprenticeships, or a related sector. You’ll combine creativity with analytical thinking, and enjoy managing projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will bring:
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Significant experience in marketing roles with ownership of campaigns and performance
- Strong digital marketing skills, including PPC, SEO, social media, and content marketing
- Experience using CRM and automation tools — HubSpot experience is highly desirable
- Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities across digital formats
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to optimise performance
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns aligned to strategic objectives
- Confident communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Motivation, initiative, and a positive, solutions-focused approach
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and best practice
- Experience in apprenticeships, early years, or education sectors
- Knowledge of website UX, conversion optimisation, and review platforms
- Experience with PR, thought leadership, or event marketing
- Familiarity with AI tools, predictive analytics, or chatbots
- Membership of CIM, DMA, or similar marketing bodies
