- Matching new candidates and transitioning existing candidates to work as tutors.
- Liaising with our clients to structure tuition programmes in line with their requirements.
- Marketing and selling tuition services to relevant new and existing clients in an allocated geographical area.
- Ensuring all areas of the business are carried out in line with company policies, procedures, quality standards and values.
- Maintaining the highest levels of safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection in line with our Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy and Keeping Children Safe in Education national guidelines.
