The Impact You'll Make
As a Regional Performance Coach, you will play a pivotal role in helping our people,managersand teams perform at their best. Through coaching,trainingand development support, you will strengthen capability, buildconfidenceand drive sustainable performance improvements across our Recruitment & Supply practice. Working closely with leaders and managers,you'llturn learning into action, helping individuals succeed in their roles, supporting high-performingteamsandultimately contributingto better outcomes for our customers,colleaguesand the education sector.

Build Trusted Partnerships:
Develop strong relationships with regional leaders and managers to understand local priorities andidentifydevelopment opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor, translating business challenges into targeted coaching and learning solutions aligned toorganisationalgoals.
Deliver Engaging Learning Experiences:
Facilitate high-quality workshops, onboardingprogrammes, management developmentinitiativesand role-specific training.
Deliver learningprogrammesdesigned by the People Development Manager, adapting delivery styles to suit different audiences whilemaintainingconsistency.
Embed LearningIntoEveryday Performance:
Reinforce learning through coaching, workplaceobservationand practical application sessions.
Support managers to develop their coaching capability and embed development into everyday team conversations and performance management.
Drive Performance Improvement:
Diagnose team,managerand new starter performance challenges through observation, dataanalysisand capability assessment.
Provide one-to-one and group coaching to improve confidence,capabilityand performance across the business.
Work with managers toestablishhigh-performing ways of working through effective goal setting, performancereviewsand continuous feedback.
Accelerate the effectiveness of newly appointed or promoted managers through targeted development support.
Use Insight to Create Impact:
Analyseperformance trends,identifycapabilitygapsand recommend development solutions.
Evaluate learning effectiveness, measurebehaviouralchange and business outcomes, andprovideactionable insights to stakeholders.
Capture learning feedback,identifybarriers toadoptionand contribute to the ongoing enhancement of learningprogrammes.
Maintainaccuratecoaching and training records while reporting progress,risksand opportunities.
About you
Previousexperience working within recruitment, with a strong understanding ofrecruitmentsales processes and industry challenges.
Proven experience delivering coaching,facilitationand learning interventions.
Experience managing and supporting the performance management cycle.
Ability to travel and work across multiple branch locations asrequired.
Strong understanding of recruitment sales processes, including lead generation, clientmanagementand candidate sourcing.
Experienceanalysingperformance data and using insights to drive business improvement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities,projectsand training schedules in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Whilst we work in a hybrid way, with collaboration being one of our values, we’d expect you to regularly be in our Holborn office, at least three days per week.
