We are seeking a confident, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our Professional Services marketing team. You will plan and deliver impactful digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and support compliance services including Health & Safety, Governance & Clerking, Data Protection, Safeguarding, and SEND services. You will manage multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, PPC, SEO, and websites—balancing content creation with performance marketing techniques. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a digitally savvy marketer who enjoys strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
Main Duties
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Manage SEO, PPC, and paid social activities, focusing on performance and ROI.
- Create engaging content for websites, email, and social channels.
- Utilise HubSpot to track campaigns, report on MQLs, and conversion metrics.
- Support the delivery and promotion of weekly webinars and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign success.
- Analyse and report on marketing performance monthly to inform strategy.
- Stay updated on education sector trends, competitor activity, and digital best practices.
This role can be remote or hybrid, based at our offices in Bloomsbury, London, for 1-2 days per week. It is a Fixed Term Contract for 1 year to cover maternity leave.
About you
You are an experienced digital marketer with a creative and analytical mindset. You have a proven track record in delivering performance-driven campaigns and are comfortable managing multiple channels and using data to inform decisions and foster growth.
You will bring:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, focusing on digital and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to manage SEO, PPC (including Google Ads), social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Experience with CMS, CRM, and email platforms (preferably HubSpot), along with analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to write compelling content.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Confidence with design and planning tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Monday.com.
You are proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently with a genuine interest in supporting schools and education. You are excited to contribute to a growing, fast-paced marketing team.
