About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced ICT Field Engineer to join our dynamic team, providing hands-on technical support and guidance to schools across the London area. If you thrive on solving challenges, love variety, and enjoy engaging directly with end-users, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Support schools on-site daily, resolving ICT issues and ensuring seamless operations, building trusted relationships with school staff.
- Provide remote assistance via our ICT Service Desk when required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Office 365 applications, Google Workspace, and network infrastructure.
- Participate in ICT projects, including network upgrades and security enhancements.
- Respond to critical incidents, implementing temporary or permanent solutions for server, switch, and internet failures - or even physical disruptions like floods.

About You: If you can demonstrate the following, we’d love to hear from you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, delivering a professional level of communication to school accounts we work with.
- Attention to detail, taking pride in the quality and accuracy of the work produced for our clients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, building relationships with internal business users and external vendors.
- Some prior experience in a similar Finance role supporting clients will be advantageous.
- Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
