- Managing a portfolio of schools and local authority clients.
- Designing and coordinating tuition programmes that meet learner needs.
- Identifying, engaging and matching tutors to new opportunities.
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and tutors.
- Managing a high volume of activity across calls, emails and system workflows.
- Acting as the main point of contact throughout programme delivery.
- Spotting opportunities to expand and strengthen client partnerships.
- Monitoring progress and ensuring excellent learner outcomes.
- Working closely with colleagues across recruitment, safeguarding and business development.
- Ensuring all activity meets safeguarding and compliance requirements.
About you
What we Offer
- Whilst we work in a hybrid way, with collaboration being one of our values, we’d expect you to regularly be in our Farnborough office, at least three days per week.
- 28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days PLUS bank holidays
