- Monitor learner attendance, engagement, and progress.
- Support tutors to meet quality standards and deliver outstanding lessons.
- Organise and deliver tutor training sessions and CPD.
- Conduct teaching observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for tutor queries and support.

- Education sector background/experience within a teaching and learning role.
- Experience of tutoring and or the recruitment industry would be desirable.
