The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

To deliver the business growth of your region through the provision of tactical business development via Local Authority, Multi Academy Trust and Multi School Group partnerships, Preferred Supplier Agreements and the development and account management of the client portfolio. The role will be highly influential in expanding the overall client base and improving returns from clients.

Supports with the delivery of the sales strategy within their geographical region to meet challenging revenue targets. Contributes to overall sales strategy in terms of financial gain and client satisfaction. Works collaboratively with the Head of Business Development to identify new market/BD opportunities. Proposes new initiatives and projects; inputs into broader business development initiatives. Develops a regional plan to ensure budget and growth objectives are met. Responsible for the regional sales pipeline and delivery of growth. Ownership of the regional delivery frameworks Fleet Education Services tender for and deliver against.

About you

  • Experienced sales professional (from a recruitment, education or similar industry background)
  • Strong track record on taking dormant accounts and turning them around
  • Ability to travel around London to see clients
  • CRM experience - Hub Spot ideally, but not essential
  • Relevant experience within the education and/or Tuition and/or recruitment sectors
  • Experience of developing sales plans within a service industry
  • Demonstrable track record of driving ambitious growth within a geographical region
  • Educated to degree level or comparable experience within sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing/negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Exceptional communication and presentational skills with an ability to communicate ideas, issues, and procedures successfully at all levels to various audiences
  • Ability to prepare and deliver high-quality presentations designed to drive clients to positive action
  • Sound judgement and ability to handle competing priorities and a challenging workload in a pressurised environment
  • An understanding of procurement and frameworks
  • Passionate, with a drive to seek new business

  • Commercially aware and a strategic thinker

What we Offer

  • Whilst we work in a hybrid way, with collaboration being one of our values, we’d expect you to regularly be in our Farnborough office, at least three days per week.
  • 28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days PLUS bank holidays
