About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey, from initial engagement through to interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and shortlist candidates for apprenticeship vacancies in line with employer requirements and job specifications
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and career aspirations
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, supporting them throughout their career journeys
  • Identify and attract talent using a range of channels, including government websites, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
  • Create and publish engaging job advertisements and maintain up-to-date website content
  • Manage recruitment administration activities, including following up on leads, enquiries, and candidate communications
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes and data protection requirements

About you

Person Specification

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner
  • A professional, positive, and customer‑focused approach
  • The ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, attending the Bristol office two days per week and working remotely for the remaining three days
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Resilience and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement
  • Self‑motivation, initiative, and a proactive attitude
  • Excellent time management skills and a strong focus on achieving goals
