About the job

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Answer emails, phone calls and live chat/following up customer enquiries
  • Providing support to the team when processing applications
  • Managing databases and carrying out data entry, quality checks and investigating any discrepancies or missing data and rectifying this
  • Support with event management including logistics
  • Attending events to provide support to delivery team where appropriate
  • Sending out communications to customers regarding their qualification via a variety of methods (email, SMS Text etc)
  • Production of associate contracts and PO Numbers
  • Programme engagement spot checks and providing a summary to coordinators of any concerns with engagement
  • Resource/material branding (including creating, printing and issuing resource packs)
  • Any other administrative support requirements to the Candidate Support Team as directed/any other duties as may be required

About you

  • Be reliable, hardworking and professional
  • Have proven customer service-related experience
  • Possess an excellent customer service manner, both written and spoken
  • Have the ability to organise, plan and prioritise time and tasks effectively
  • Work well under pressure with the ability to deal with issues as they arise
  • Be highly competent using MS Office and Teams
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly numerate and literate
  • Creative, innovative and able to solve problems
