About the job: As Marketing Director, you'll shape the vision and strategy for one of SEG's most ambitious and high-growth practices – Qualifications & Training. Leading a portfolio of four strong brands, you'll unlock synergies, drive collaboration, and expand market share across a competitive landscape.

  • Deliver Results: Manage budgets, track KPIs, and present performance insights to senior leadership.

About you: Proven track record leading marketing in a multi-brand, multi-business environment, aligning marketing strategies with commercial outcomes. 5+ years' experience in a senior marketing role ideally within education, skills, training, or a related field. Expertise in digital marketing, CRM (Hubspot or similar), campaign management and analytics. Experience managing change and integrating acquired brands. Excellent communication and relationship building skills at all levels. Strong analytical skills and evidence of data-driven decision-making.

We're Also Keen On:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • International marketing experience, particularly market expansion.
  • Knowledge of private equity and M&A contexts.

What we Offer: Hybrid work with regular in-office presence in Bristol (at least three days per week) and some travel to London and other offices. 28 days holiday and an extra day for each year you stay, up to a maximum of 33 days plus bank holidays. Private Medical Insurance with GP access, once you've passed probation. From day 1, life insurance covering up to x4 your salary. Employer pension contributions after 3 months. Flexible benefits after probation (extra holiday, dental, healthcare, bikes, gym membership, electric cars, etc.). Learning and development opportunities. Volunteer days – 3 paid volunteer days a year, with two dedicated to Education. Performance-based bonus and an opportunity to participate in an EBT share scheme.
