About the job
Reporting to the Deputy Curriculum Manager and working closely with the Curriculum Manager and Curriculum Team, the Curriculum Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programmes. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating virtual classrooms, ensuring effective communication across teams, and providing excellent administrative support to enhance the learner experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Communication: Respond to enquiries through various platforms including Teams, Zendesk, email and phone. Ensure that enquiries are acknowledged and dealt with promptly, efficiently and courteously. Support attendance of virtual classrooms and 16‐18 mandatory sessions by sending email/text reminders. Support effective communication between Teams.
- Work with colleagues: Work with colleagues to document and improve processes.
- Administration: Maintain accurate attendance records on Bud/CCMS. Gather accurate monthly attendance data to support the Curriculum Manager in reporting on virtual classroom attendance. Provide virtual classroom tutors with registration reports in advance of each virtual classroom session. Set up virtual classroom events accurately for each apprenticeship programme. Support ordering and monitoring of learner specialism certificates. Support the virtual classroom team and delivery team as appropriate.
- Other duties: Any other duties connected with the post as are reasonably required from time to time. Attend Best Practice Network's conferences and events as required (Bristol or Road show).
