About the job

  • To review and input relevant data onto various databases to meet contractual requirements.
  • To provide necessary reports as and when required to other departments of the business.
  • To support staff as and when required in general admin duties such as photocopying and answering the telephone.
  • Process learner starts to meet contractual deadlines.
  • Monitor documentation to support compliance with external stakeholder requirements.
  • Complete quality audit checks and accurately log findings.
  • Accurate and timely data entry.
  • To input all enrolment and sign‑up information onto the e‑portfolio system.
  • Review and accurately input learner documentation and data into e‑portfolio system.
  • Accurately close and store learner records securely.
  • Maintain reliable and accurate learner records.
  • Filing and general day‑to‑day office administration duties as directed.
  • Ad‑hoc duties as requested from management.

About you

  • Grades 9-4/A*-C in GCSE (or equivalent) English and maths.
  • Business Admin Level 3.
  • Previous administration/office‑based experience is essential.
  • Previous audit and compliance experience is desirable.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Someone who can work on own initiative or within a team.
  • Ability to follow instruction.
  • Must have a really good level of numeracy and communication skills.
  • Must have a good understanding of IT packages.
