We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Junior Relationship Manager to help drive the growth of Judicium's client base and service usage. This is a key role within our sales and marketing function, focused on building strong, long-lasting relationships with schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts.

Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with service leads and the wider team, you will be responsible for:

  • Growing revenue from existing clients
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities
  • Developing new business within the education sector
  • Proactively managing a portfolio of schools and trusts to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with senior school leaders
  • Supporting marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and awareness
  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and reporting progress to the Head of Sales
  • Collaborating with service leads to develop tailored solutions for clients

Requirements:

  • Experience in a client-facing role such as Account Manager, Sales Executive, or Recruitment Consultant

  • Flexibility to attend both virtual and in-person client meetings
