Role Description

We are currently hiring for a full-time Health, Safety and Consultant located in the London area, Reading or Bristol, with flexibility for some travelling for work. As a Health and Safety Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting health and safety audits, fire risk assessments, providing occupational health advice, and delivering training. You will also be responsible for advising schools on legislative requirements and best practices for health and safety. This is a hybrid role that requires a combination of on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

  • CertIOSH Occupational Health and Safety degree
  • NEBOSH diploma or equivalent in health and safety management
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments, writing policies, and reviewing procedures
  • Training and presentation skills to deliver effective training sessions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • A fire safety qualification is highly desirable
  • Experience in the education sector is preferable
