The Registry is responsible for the management and disposal of cases, including the processing, storing, retrieving of court documents and fixing hearings for matters which commenced in the Supreme Court. The candidate will play a key role in providing records management and hearing support services to enhance the satisfaction of court users. You will be expected to:
- Assist in the digitisation and management of court records to facilitate searches and retrieval of records to improve operational efficiency;
- Co‑ordinate efforts of the different sections and provide assistance to facilitate seamless delivery of quality service to court users;
- Collaborate with case‑management officers and other sections to enhance customer satisfaction and the quality of service delivery;
- Participate as a team member and be involved in projects that affect the operations of the Supreme Court / Registry;
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisors.
Requirements:
- At least three years of relevant working experience preferably in operations.
- Resourceful and able to prioritise as well as multi‑task.
- A pleasant and cheerful disposition as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well organised and meticulous with a commitment to deliver high quality work.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Pro‑active and able to work independently as well as in a team.
