Key Responsibilities

Our close‑knit, diverse and friendly Residential Conveyancing Team is looking for a highly skilled solicitor who has a special touch with people. You will join a team that has some 85 years PQE, using your experience to work with colleagues to support the conveyancing team and manage your own caseload. You will employ your high level of interpersonal skills and knowledge to provide clients with appropriate and up‑to‑date legal advice for Sale and Purchase of freehold and leasehold property, and Landlord and Tenant transactions including negotiated leases. This is an exciting development opportunity to work closely with a very well‑respected and experienced Partner in a dynamic client‑focused team.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar field (or equivalent skills demonstrated).
  • Experience delivering excellent customer care in a legal environment.

Qualifications

  • Qualified and eligible to practice as a solicitor in England.
