Key Responsibilities
Our experienced and close-knit Conveyancing Team are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join them. You will have the opportunity to join a team accredited with the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme, the mark of excellence for the home buying process. Assisting the residential conveyancing solicitor you will use your excellent communications skills to contact/meet prospective clients, providing them with information about our services and liaise with all parties such as agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, local authorities and Land Registry. You will also carry out pre and post-exchange processes, for example drafting documents, undertaking searches, completing registrations, issuing documents to relevant parties, producing financial statements and typing reports. This is a great opportunity for a bright enthusiastic individual with proven academic aptitude and have the genuine desire and talent for a career in law. As an able and committed team player you should enjoy legal research and be committed to taking the lead on enhancing your knowledge to ensure you have a strong understanding of the law. You also have a practical problem‑solving approach to your work and the ability to think creatively whilst working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE A‑C grade standard in Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Qualifying Law degree and Legal Practice Course (desirable)
