Overview
Are you a dedicated, driven and experienced solicitor specialising in commercial litigation, debt recovery and/or insolvency looking to become part of a successful and expanding team acting for large multinational corporations, local authorities and SME businesses? Read on.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a broad range of services from advising on the merits of debt recovery at early stages to acting for clients in Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings and insolvency actions.
- Work on non-contentious probate matters, seeking grants on behalf of creditors and dealing with the administration of estates where applicable.
- Join a Credit Solutions Team that acts for major utility suppliers, government bodies, financial and commercial businesses and insolvency practitioners.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- You are a solicitor or legal executive with 2-4 years’ PQE.
- You must have expert, up-to-date knowledge of general debt recovery litigation processes, procedures and legislation.
