Key Responsibilities:
Our dynamic, diverse and hard-working Credit Solutions Team is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and committed individual to join them. The team acts for a number of major utility suppliers, government bodies, financial and commercial businesses and insolvency practitioners.
- Providing a broad range of services from advising on the merits of litigation at early stages to acting for the clients in Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings and Insolvency actions.
- Providing a broad range of services from advising on the merits of debt recovery at early stages to acting for the clients in Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings and various insolvency actions.
- Working on some non-contentious probate type matters, seeking grants on behalf of creditors and dealing with the administration of estates.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise:
You are a solicitor or legal executive with 2-4 years' PQE. You must have expert, up to date knowledge of general debt recovery litigation processes, procedures and legislation.
