Key Responsibilities
Our close knit, diverse and friendly Residential Conveyancing Team are looking for a highly skilled solicitor who has a special touch with people. You will be joining a wonderful team that has some 85 years PQE! You will be using your experience to work with the team to support the conveyancing team and manage your own caseload. You will use your high level of interpersonal skills and knowledge to provide clients with appropriate and up-to-date legal advice for Sale and Purchase of freehold and leasehold property and Landlord and Tenant transactions including negotiated leases. This is an exciting development opportunity to work closely with a very well respected and experienced Partner in a dynamic client focussed team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar field (or ability to demonstrate equivalent skills). Experience of delivering excellent customer care in a legal environment.
Qualifications
To be qualified and eligible to practice as a solicitor in England.
