Key ResponsibilitiesOur experienced, dynamic and close-kit Business and Commercial Property Team are looking for an exceptional client focussed individual to join them. You will be supporting two Partners with the emphasis on expanding the Company Commercial work undertaken in the Business and Commercial Property team. You will be responsible for the Sale and Purchases of Businesses (both Asset Sales and Purchases and Share Sales and Purchases), Shareholder Agreements, Commercial agreements including terms and conditions of business and Business contracts.You will be using your excellent client focussed skills on building/maintaining excellent relationships, responding promptly to all enquiries and complaints in a clear and engaging fashion. You will be required to achieve billing targets and have the opportunity to participate in marketing and networking activities whether on a firm-wide, departmental or office basis.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and excellent communicator with great attention to detail.*Please see attached job description for further details.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperience

  • Up to 2 years of post-qualification experience in a similar field (or ability to demonstrate equivalent skills)
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer care in a legal environment

Knowledge

  • To have expert, up to date knowledge regarding company-commercial work
  • Adhering to GDPR/Data Protection Legislation and following internal Information Security Protocols

Qualifications

  • To be qualified and eligible to practice as a solicitor in England
