We are seeking a dedicated solicitor specialising in commercial litigation, debt recovery and/or insolvency to join our team of professionals acting for large multinational corporations, local authorities and SME businesses. This role offers flexibility to be based in Bromley or London, with a hybrid working policy to support work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a broad range of services from advising on the merits of litigation at early stages to acting for clients in Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings and insolvency actions.
  • Advise on debt recovery matters at early stages and act for clients in Part 7/Part 8 proceedings and various insolvency actions.
  • Work on non-contentious probate matters, seeking grants on behalf of creditors and assisting with administration of estates where applicable.
  • Collaborate within the Credit Solutions Team to support major utility suppliers, government bodies, financial and commercial businesses, and insolvency practitioners.
  • Develop expertise in niche areas and adapt to the industries and environments of our clients.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Solicitor or legal executive with 2-4 years’ PQE
  • Expert, up-to-date knowledge of general debt recovery litigation processes, procedures and legislation
