Are you a dedicated, driven and experienced Solicitor specialising in Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims and/or Credit Hire litigation looking to become part of a successful and expanding team? This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to handle a varied caseload and contribute to a growing department. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigated RTA and credit hire claims, guiding each matter from instruction to resolution.
- Draft clear and compelling pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at every stage.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing practical, up-to-date, and commercially focused legal advice that helps them achieve their business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, as well as effective communication with insurers, counsel, and colleagues across the firm.
- Take ownership of your files and financial performance, meeting targets while maintaining efficiency and compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
- Support and mentor junior team members, helping to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the department by maintaining high professional standards, protecting client confidentiality, and participating in firm-wide initiatives, training, and business development opportunities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years PQE
- Strong working knowledge of RTA and credit hire litigation.
- Experience handling Small, Fast, Intermediate and multi-track cases.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
