We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve Judge.me’s core Reviews product — the most popular reviews app on Shopify and the foundation of trust for 600,000+ e-commerce businesses worldwide. In this role, you’ll execute the product strategy set by the CEO, focusing on delivering high-impact solutions for merchant use cases across a mature, high-traffic product. You’ll focus heavily on shaping clear delivery requirements, prioritising work, and ensuring features are rolled out reliably and at scale.
While the role isn’t about exploring entirely new problem spaces, it demands strong product judgment. You’ll rely on market research, user feedback, and data to make thoughtful prioritisation decisions within an established ecosystem. You’ll be accountable for how the Reviews product performs in production — improving trust signals, conversion, and retention, while safeguarding reliability, data integrity, backward compatibility, and merchant confidence.
Why Join Us
Judge.me is a product-led company. Product decisions directly shape the business, and this role sits at the centre of that. As Senior Product Manager for Reviews, you’ll take responsibility for the product that defines our reputation and long-term business success. This is not a “standard PM role,” Judge.me operates with a strong founder-led philosophy and startup mindset that shapes how we build, prioritise, communicate, and execute. It has been proven over time, it enables speed and quality, and it’s non-negotiable. Within this environment, you’ll be expected to take ownership, make hard trade-offs, and lead disciplined, customer-led and data-led execution across a complex, high-scale product surface where edge cases and regressions matter.
If you thrive in environments with high ownership, high standards, direct communication, and real accountability, you’ll do well here.
Responsibilities
- Own the Reviews product area end-to-end, operating within a defined strategy across discovery, delivery, iteration, and optimisation.
- Execute clear product direction and north-star outcomes aligned with trust, adoption, conversion, and retention.
- Lead customer, merchant, and market discovery to identify high-impact problems and opportunities.
- Translate strategy and insight into clear, actionable requirements that engineering and design can execute against.
- Drive prioritisation and hard trade-offs across scope, speed, UX, technical constraints, and business impact.
- Own problem definition end-to-end, including edge cases, failure modes, rollout strategy, and safe evolution within an existing platform.
- Balance pragmatic delivery with long-term product quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Support, and Growth to drive measurable outcomes.
- Own measurement of impact across activation, adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, with proven experience owning and scaling a core, high-impact B2B SaaS product.

- Data-driven, with experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative research, and partnering closely with engineering and data teams.
- Strong product judgement and prioritisation skills across complex trade-offs.
- UX-sensitive and detail-oriented, with a high bar for product quality.
- Excellent written communication skills (PRDs, specs, decision docs).
Mindset
- Operates with startup-level autonomy and full accountability.
- Sets direction clearly and executes decisively.
