We’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of a new product area, leading it end-to-end from 0→1. You’ll shape a new product from early discovery through launch and iteration, working closely with design and engineering to identify real customer problems, validate solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes. This role requires strong experience in email marketing fundamentals and the ability to apply proven best practices from day one, adapting them thoughtfully to a new product context. The role is exploratory by nature and requires comfort operating with ambiguity – turning it into clarity through customer insight, data, and strong execution. You’ll have the freedom – and expectation – to run customer-led and data-led experimentation, make confident decisions, and drive measurable business impact, within a defined strategy and set of principles established by the CEO.

Responsibilities
- Own a product area end-to-end (0→1)
- Lead customer, merchant, and market discovery to identify high-impact problems and opportunities
- Refine product strategy informed by competitive analysis, data, and user insight, aligning closely with the Head of Product and CEO on prioritisation and direction
- Translate strategy and insight into clear, actionable requirements that engineering and design can execute against
- Drive prioritisation and hard trade-offs across scope, speed, UX, technical constraints, and business impact
- Own problem definition end-to-end, including edge cases, failure modes, rollout strategy, and safe evolution within an existing platform
- Balance pragmatic delivery with long-term product quality, scalability, and maintainability. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Support, and Growth to drive measurable outcomes
- Define success metrics and own measurement of impact across activation, adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue
