About JudeLuxe

We are JudeLuxe - the performance-obsessed PPC agency built to deliver profit, not promises. We partner with ambitious e-commerce brands across the UK, Europe, and North America to plan, execute, and scale campaigns that create real commercial impact. Our formula is simple: sharp strategy, smarter data, and an unrelenting focus on contribution margin.

Our culture is defined by curiosity, precision, and accountability. We don’t just manage campaigns - we engineer scalable growth systems and empower brands to make better decisions across the entire customer journey.

Now, we’re looking for a Head of PPC to lead that mission - shaping strategy, elevating performance, and setting new standards for what intelligent, profit-first advertising can achieve.

Role Overview

This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded, forward-thinking strategist who knows how to drive performance at scale. You’ll own the PPC department for JudeLuxe - setting strategic direction, defining delivery standards, and ensuring JudeLuxe continues to deliver best-in-class performance for every client. Working directly with the Company Directors, you’ll guide the agency’s paid search vision, build operational excellence, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver ambitious results.

While this is a senior strategic position, you’ll remain close to the work - combining high-level thinking with the hands-on precision needed to solve complex challenges, refine performance, and lead by example. You’ll be the agency’s go-to authority on PPC - steering growth both for our clients and for JudeLuxe itself.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the JudeLuxe PPC function - setting strategic direction, driving commercial performance, and ensuring delivery excellence across all client accounts.
  • Build and refine frameworks, processes, and standards that strengthen delivery quality and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with the Founders to forecast growth, optimise capacity, and contribute to agency-wide commercial planning.
  • Oversee our portfolio of high-value e-commerce clients, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable profit and aligns with the JudeLuxe profit-first philosophy.
  • Maintain close oversight of account performance - guiding problem-solving, refining complex structures, and ensuring technical execution meets the highest standards.
  • Act as the senior voice of PPC in client relationships leading discussions, presenting performance insights, and challenging thinking with confidence and clarity.
  • Collaborate with team and platform partners on feed optimisation, automation, and tracking integrity to ensure scalable, data-driven performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the PPC team - fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.
  • Encourage innovation and structured experimentation across bidding, segmentation, and feed strategies.

Experience & Attributes

  • Proven mastery of Google Ads for e-commerce, including Shopping, Performance Max, and advanced feed-based campaigns.
  • Strong command of GA4, and commercial metrics such as POAS, LTV, CAC, and contribution margin.
  • Deep understanding of Merchant Centre, feed optimisation tools (such as DataFeedWatch, Shoptimised, Feedonomics), and attribution models.
  • 5+ years experience in PPC, including at least 2 in a senior or leadership role, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, improving processes, and driving measurable profit growth for e-commerce brands.
  • Commercially intelligent - able to translate data into clear, decisive strategy and influence at a senior level.
  • Confident communicator and trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Broad understanding of how PPC integrates with SEO, Paid Social, CRO, and Email to support holistic brand growth.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-led culture - combining strategic ambition with accountability and precision.
  • Brings curiosity, innovation, and a genuine passion for pushing what’s possible in PPC.

What We Offer

  • £55,000 - £65,000 salary (DOE) + bonus scheme

  • Remote-first role (UK-based)
  • Opportunity to shape an award-winning agency’s PPC vision
  • Direct collaboration with Company Directors - influence without layers
  • Fast-moving, high-performance environment with meaningful autonomy
