About JudeLuxe
We are JudeLuxe - the performance-obsessed PPC agency built to deliver profit, not promises. We partner with ambitious e-commerce brands across the UK, Europe, and North America to plan, execute, and scale campaigns that create real commercial impact. Our formula is simple: sharp strategy, smarter data, and an unrelenting focus on contribution margin.
Our culture is defined by curiosity, precision, and accountability. We don’t just manage campaigns - we engineer scalable growth systems and empower brands to make better decisions across the entire customer journey.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on delivery role for a commercially intelligent and experienced PPC Manager who knows how to manage performance in complex e-commerce environments. You’ll lead day-to-day campaign execution - managing Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns, refining feed performance, and optimising accounts to deliver measurable profit.
You’ll be the strategic and operational lead across your assigned portfolio of high value clients, trusted to make performance decisions, guide client conversations, and solve problems fast. Working closely with the Head of Paid Search and company leadership, you’ll help drive account growth, strengthen delivery standards, and push our performance model forward.
Please note: This is specifically a Google Ads role focused exclusively on e-commerce. Applicants must have expert, hands-on experience with Google Shopping, Performance Max, and profit-led optimisation. Candidates with generalist, SEO, paid social, or non-PPC agency backgrounds will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day campaign delivery across a portfolio of high value Google Ads clients - including Shopping, Performance Max, and Search.
- Own performance across a portfolio of e-commerce accounts at a senior level, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable profit and align with JudeLuxe’s contribution-margin-led approach.
- Optimise feed health and structure using platforms such as DataFeedWatch, Shoptimised, or similar, and manage diagnostics, disapprovals, and Merchant Centre configuration.
- Analyse margin data and commercial KPIs (POAS, LTV, CAC, etc.) to design profit-first strategies that reflect each client’s cost model and growth targets.
- Build and evolve scalable account structures based on product type, margin tiers, and inventory strategies.
- Conduct audits to identify bottlenecks and implement clear optimisation plans.
- Present performance insights and recommendations with clarity to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Head of Paid Search, senior leadership, operations, and technical partners to ensure delivery excellence.
- Provide line management and day-to-day support to members of the PPC team, contributing to their development and performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery standards and knowledge-sharing across the team.
Essential Experience & Attributes
- Proven experience fully owning and independently managing individual accounts with £10k+ monthly spend, as well as sole responsibility for client portfolios totalling £150k-£200k+ per month.
- 5+ years agency experience working in PPC, including at least 3+ years in leadership/manager capacity (e.g. PPC Manager, Senior Manager) within an agency environment.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads, including Shopping, Performance Max, and feed-based campaign management.
- Proficiency in Merchant Centre management, feed diagnostics, and product data optimisation using third-party tools.
- Strong commercial understanding of contribution margin, POAS, LTV, and how these influence bidding and segmentation strategy.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data, troubleshoot performance issues, and translate findings into tactical improvements.
- Confident communicator who can lead client discussions, simplify complex data, and build trust.
- Familiar with GA4, Looker Studio, and campaign reporting in Google Sheets or similar.
- Proactive, curious, and delivery-focused - thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
- Experience line managing team members within an agency environment.
- UK-based, with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client meetings and events (expenses covered).
What We Offer
- £45,000-£50,000 salary (DOE) + bonus scheme.
- 24 days annual leave, plus birthday leave and 8 UK bank holidays.
- Remote-first role (UK-based).
