  • Build and evolve scalable account structures based on product type, margin tiers, and inventory strategy
  • Conduct audits to identify bottlenecks and implement clear optimisation plans
  • Present performance insights and recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Head of Paid Search, senior leadership, operations, and technical partners to ensure delivery excellence
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards, reporting frameworks, and knowledge-sharing across the team

  • Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads, including Shopping, Performance Max, and feed-based campaign management
  • Strong proficiency in Merchant Centre management, feed diagnostics, and product data optimisation using third-party tools

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, troubleshoot performance issues, and translate findings into actionable improvements
  • Confident communicator who can lead client discussions, simplify complex data, and build trust
  • Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, and campaign reporting in Google Sheets or similar
  • Proactive, curious, and delivery-focused, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Experience line managing team members within an agency environment
  • UK-based, with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client meetings and events (expenses covered)
