We're recruiting on behalf ofa steakhouse rooted in Gloucestershire farming heritage, serving home-reared beef, fine wines and expertly crafted cocktails from their site.
They're looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the floor, drive standards and deliver a first-class experience for guests, day in, day out.

Responsibilities as Restaurant Manager
- Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations across the restaurant and bar
- Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver consistently excellent service
- Maintain high standards of food, drink and guest experience
- Manage rotas, staffing levels and team performance
- Oversee stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
- Handle bookings, guest queries and any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene and licensing standards
- Monitor sales, costs and profitability
- Support the owners with driving the venue's reputation and growth
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
- Experience in a quality, food-led restaurant or steakhouse environment desirable
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercially minded with a good understanding of costs and margins
- Confident handling licensing, compliance and day-to-day operations
- Passionate about food, service and guest experience
