Responsibilities of Chef de Partie
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Take ownership of your section during service.
- Maintain the standards expected within a
2 AA Rosette kitchen.
- Ensure all food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety procedures are followed.
- Assist with stock control, stock rotation, and reducing food waste.
- Support and mentor junior members of the kitchen brigade.
- Maintain excellent presentation and consistency across every service.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an ambitious Demi Chef de Partie looking to progress.
- Experience in a fresh food kitchen; Rosette or fine dining experience is desirable.
- Passion for producing exceptional food.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and perform under pressure.
- A positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
