This is a hands‑on operational leadership position for someone who understands how to run a structured, organised kitchen operation delivering consistency at scale. The business already has an established reputation across the region, with a successful events division and expanding corporate catering arm. They are now looking for a Head of Production / Operations Chef to take ownership of the production side of the kitchen and help shape the next stage of growth.

Responsibilities as Head Chef
- Oversee daily production across:
