We’re looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join a dynamic, high-volume kitchen in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a professional team delivering fresh, high-quality food across breakfast, lunch, and evening services. The site caters for up to 3,000 people daily, alongside a busy schedule of hospitality and events. Standards are high, and every dish is prepared fresh with attention to detail.
What we’re looking for:
- A passionate and reliable Chef de Partie with a stable work history
- Genuine enthusiasm for food and hospitality
- Confidence in running your own section and maintaining high standards
- Strong communication and organisational skills

Working hours:
- 5 days out of 7 (rota basis)
- Shifts: 07:00 – 15:30 or 11:30 – 20:00
