We're recruiting on behalf of an exciting brand-new restaurant opening in the heart of Broadway and are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help launch and establish what promises to become one of the area's most exciting dining destinations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join from day one, helping to build the front-of-house team, shape service standards, and create a restaurant that guests return to time and time again. With a relatively small number of covers, the emphasis is firmly on quality hospitality, personal service, and building lasting relationships with guests, rather than simply turning tables. This is a fully hands-on, floor-based role. If you enjoy leading by example, supporting your team during service, and delivering memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities as Restaurant Supervisor

  • Lead front-of-house service alongside the management team
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences every service
  • Support, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
  • Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Help coordinate smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Waiter/Waitress, or Team Leader
  • Background in quality restaurants, pubs, or premium hospitality
