This Sous Chef role is for one of the most prestigious hotels near Nottingham with numerous awards. It is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef who loves to lead and guide the team. You will be working under a supportive Head Chef who can guide and develop you, ensuring you learn and grow in your role.

A nice shift pattern includes a couple of 10am to 6pm shifts followed by 3 late shifts with staggered start times from 11am to 2pm.
