£28,000 £32,000 Salary (DOE) Broadway, Cotswolds | Full-Time | Independent Restaurant We're recruiting on behalf of an exciting brand-new restaurant opening in the heart of Broadway and are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help launch and establish what promises to become one of the area's most exciting dining destinations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join from day one, helping to build the front-of-house team, shape service standards, and create a restaurant that guests return to time and time again.
With a relatively small number of covers, the emphasis is firmly on quality hospitality, personal service, and building lasting relationships with guests , rather than simply turning tables.
This is a fully hands-on, floor-based role .
