We will provide all the 'recruitment' training needed to help you transition into a new career.
Highlights:
- Starting base salary of £26,000
- Commission/ bonus earnt on top of pay (your first year on target earnings will be around £30,000 after commission).
- Full time, permanent position, 40 hours per week.
- Office Based. Monday to Friday, office hours. (Occasional flexibility required).
- The office is located in Oxford, OX2 0FH
- Company parking space at the office.
- Full training provided.
- 28 days annual leave (inc. Bank Holidays).
- Multiple company social events/ paid social trips away.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience at Supervisor, Team Leader or Management level in Hospitality is non-negotiable. This could either be Front of House or Back of House equivalent.
- Must be happy to be office based.
- Access to your own vehicle is highly beneficial (for when you arrange client visits).
