As Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for pupils and staff, maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards, and working as part of a small, organised kitchen team. This role suits someone looking for consistent daytime hours and a healthy work-life balance, away from the late nights and weekend shifts typical of restaurant kitchens.
- Previous experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen (school, care home, or similar setting preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate preferred)
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently or as part of a small team
